Oakland, CA (PRWEB) September 23, 2003--Fast Track Litigation Support LLC, the leading provider of single-source solutions for Electronic Discovery and technology-based Litigation Support services, announced today the expansion of its operations with the addition of new offices in New York and Texas. This move marks the initial stages of a nationwide development plan that the company has initiated to better meet the growing market demand for its services.

With the increased complexities of modern-day litigation and the ever-increasing reliance of current business practices upon electronic communication, Fast Track has seen exponential growth in recent years in the need for their single-source solutions for Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support. Law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies around the country now understand that technology is an integral part of successful litigation.

To most effectively and efficiently serve our clients around the country," explains Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, Gregg Rugolo, we determined that Fast Track needs to increase its direct presence in each of the major markets around the country. Were starting with New York and Texas because our research shows the strongest needs there, but, additionally, presence in these particular markets will simultaneously maximize our coverage until we implement other planned expansions into the Midwest, the Northwest, and the Atlantic Seaboard."

The two new offices will be managed by Gene Thompson in New York and Ronald Lewis in Texas. Each will serve as a Director of Business Development, managing relationships with Fast Tracks clientele for their particular regions.

Thompson has been servicing the litigation community for more than 14 years. Most recently he worked as an account executive for Bowne & Companys division of litigation support services. His tenure providing law firms and corporate legal departments with technology-based litigation solutions has also been spent representing the companies of LegalEdge Software, DataCert, and iManage. Thompson will be managing Fast Tracks accounts for the regions of New York and New Jersey.

Lewis has over 17 years of business development experience. His most recent position as Director of Sales for Media Defined Inc provided him with valuable experience working with some of the nations top 100 law firms. He has also spent time representing a variety of technology services companies including Mesa Systems International, Epic Data Inc, and USData Corporation. Lewiss law school experience at South Texas College of Law will offer him valuable insight as he manages Fast Tracks accounts in the Texas region.
