Keeping the student to instructor ratio low, Pura Vida Adventures focuses on high quality surfing instruction. Beginners will learn surfing etiquette, water safety, paddling techniques and wave riding skills. Pura Vida Adventures offers seven-day/six-night camps situated in the scenic village of Malpais on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. This region is a haven for all levels of surfers. The main beaches, Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa, provide easy, fun waves in which to learn while the surrounding area has more challenging waters, including point, reef and beach breaks.
