Bronx, New York -- September 10, 2001 -- 9278 Communications, Inc., (OTCBB:NTSE) today announced its Presidential Sponsorship of the Intele-Card Expo 2001, to be held at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 6 thru November 8, 2001.

Participating in the Expo will be all of the major telecommunications providers, both domestic and international, and many thousands of independent re-sellers, distributors and agents for the phone card industry.

As Presidential Sponsor for this Expo, 9278 will host the "East versus West" reception on Wednesday evening, November 7th, at 7:00pm in the Venetian Hotel Ballrooms (A&B), for over 1000 companies who will be attending the Expo.

Representing 9278 at this reception will be several celebrities from the world of professional baseball, including Rafael Palmeiro, current all-star and future hall-of-fame first baseman of the Texas Rangers Baseball Team. Joining Mr. Palmeiro at the 9278 reception will be Graig Nettles, the former New York Yankee and World Series MVP third baseman, and Roy White, one of the New York Yankees all-time fan favorite left fielders.
