Mint Advertising Wins Creative Awards

Somerset County ad agencys work for credit union and other local clients honored.

Branchburg, NJ (PRWEB) April 23, 2004 -- Mint Advertising enjoyed a strong showing in several regional and national creative awards shows, most recently at the 2004 CUES Golden Mirror Awards, presented on April 3rd in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dedicated to Credit Union Marketing and Technology, the CUES Golden Mirror Awards draw entries from all over the US and Canada. Mint won second place in the Image Enhancement category and an Award of Merit in the Business Development Category.

Mint created the winning multi-media materials on behalf of its client, Proponent Federal Credit Union. Based in Nutley, New Jersey, Proponent was initially formed in 1971, and has grown to over 26,000 members and more than $370 million in assets. Mint has been instrumental in executing a re-branding campaign for Proponent, an effort that began in Fall 2003.

These accolades come on the heels of the agencys multiple wins in the Philadelphia Art Directors Club show - including gold awards in the logo design and print ad categories. The winning logo was created for DoveTales Fine Heritage Furniture in Clinton, New Jersey.

Earlier this year, Mint was honored in the CUNA Diamond Awards, another credit union-specific show. Mint also took home a prize in the in the Philadelphia Addy Awards, which were announced in March.

Mint is a finalist in several categories for the Philly Gold awards, whose winners will be announced at the end of April.
