Website Company Helping Western Event Promoters In Tight Economy
Cowboyway.com is expanding its free service of publishing Western event schedules on the World Wide Web. Due in part to the site owners desire to help event organizers effectively promote their events in a tightening economy, it is broadening its service to accept events nationwide and in Canada.
(PRWEB) June 2, 2004 --Cowboyway.com, a 6 year old website company, has announced it is expanding its free service of publishing Western event schedules on the World Wide Web. Previously, the service was only offered in a two state area. Now, due in part to the site owners desire to help event organizers effectively promote their events in a tightening economy, it is broadening its service to accept events nationwide and in Canada.
We know how difficult and expensive it can be to get the word out about a rodeo, or a trail ride, or a bull riding," explains Emma Carpenter, who co-owns and operates the site along with her husband, Bill. We created Cowboyway.com to offer a valuable service by delivering event information to a highly targeted and interested audience at no charge."
The site has been publishing event schedules on the Web for any type of activity of interest to Western riding enthusiasts and/or spectators for the Kansas and Oklahoma area since 1998. Typical events found on Cowboyway include rodeos (and related events such as bull riding, barrel racing, etc.), trail rides, horse sales, ranch rodeos, cowboy mounted shooting events, team pennings and sortings, and more. With the sites expansion, it will now be accepting and publishing similar schedules from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Although the schedules are the backbone of the website, Mrs. Carpenter has been careful to listen to feedback from site visitors and has also expanded other popular areas on the site. These areas include a classified ads section for horses, trucks, horse trailers, etc., photographs from rodeos and working ranch life, cowboy music downloads, free email, and more.
