The Womens Council of Realtors was founded in 1924 after several women on a train ride back from the annual National Association of Realtors meeting decided it was high time women take their rightful place in the industry. Eighty years, 250 chapters and 14,000 members later, the WCR is one of the most successful communications networks in the NAR family and dedicates itself to serving women and men who are interested in serving the industry, the community and fellow Realtors®.

Cynda Rhomer, branch executive of the Woburn office of Carlson GMAC Real Estate states, This is not only a terrific accomplishment for Melody, but a great honor for GMAC Real Estate as a whole. Im not surprised that she was installed in this position, as her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate industry is without compare and that means the world to our clients and associates who work with her."

A resident of Woburn, Ms. Roloff is originally from Chicago, but after coming east for a visit over 10 years ago, she has made Massachusetts her home.
