(PRWEB) April 17, 2005 -- Of all the places and ways to do yoga, who would have thought? Yet its a natural combination-peaceful yoga poses done in the restorative element of a warm bath. Two master soakers" and yoga students have collaborated to create Say Saah" (Conari Press, June 2005), the perfect gift for anyone who (a) does yoga, (b) thinks theyd like to do yoga, and/or (c) suffers from the stress of daily life.
During the day we all retain emotions and stresses in our body and muscles. What better way to release them than to sink into a nice warm tub and practice a ceremony of relaxation and regeneration?" With eight poses, two self-massages, and an illustration for each, Say Saah" is the little book that packs a big punch on yoga students and soaking aficionados alike. Youre invited to practice the poses and breathing with step-by-step instructions that encourage a slow, relaxing pace. Try the frog, the bridge, the camel. Youll feel more at ease in no time, with your body, mind, and spirit soothed and united.
Say Saah" is a unique pampering gift that is perfect for just about anyone!
Frolic Taylor practices bath-tub yoga every day (partly because her farmhouse doesnt have a shower) and for over 20 years has studied, practiced, and taught Hatha, Iyengar, Siddha, and Kripalu styles of yoga. Raised in Hollywood, Frolic now lives on a horse farm in central New York.
Kim Canazzi stayed in Hollywood, where shes a writer, conceptual artist, and photographer. Kims hectic city life led her to practice yoga and meditation daily to restore and center herself.
