Distinguished eHospitality Institute Board Member Steps Down

(PRWEB) February 8, 2006 -- Kip Jaros, Ph.D., CEO, and President of eHospitality Institute announced today that Jeff Crawford has decided to step down as chief financial officer of eHospitality Institute and its extensions.

President Kip Jaros, Ph.D. said in a statement. "As a co-founder of Restaurant Workshop and valuable member of our board, we extend our respect for his outstanding record of achievement and wish him a bright and prosperous future." Jaros said in closing, "We look forward to his counsel as our institute continues its global expansion."

At the Board of Directors meeting, Mr. Crawford stated, "I am proud to have been a part of eHospitality Institute, Restaurant Workshop and their affiliate companies. eHospitality Institute is in the hands of a great leader who I am confident you can rely on to continue to make outstanding contributions to the education of culinary and hospitality industry professionals. The hardest part is that I'm leaving a company I love, also people I respect and admire."

After the meeting adjourned Jaros quoted, "I have had the pleasure to work with Mr. Crawford for more than 20 years and today I go on record that it has been an honor and a distinct pleasure to have worked alongside a great leader and visionary. He will be missed."
