(PRWEB) September 18, 2008 -- ArtsPRunlimited presents Claremont Strings & Ensemble featuring Vivian Penham, Cellist, at Biricchino's Salumeria Restaurant on Friday June 5, 2009.($60/pp). Program will also include a rebroadcast of the National Public Radio interview with director/author Daniel P. Quinn on his book Organized Labor (2004) and a talk on Opera at La Scala, from his new book, Exits & Entrances (2008). Mr. Quinn produced the World Premiere of Trause's "Latter-Day Litany and other Pseudo-Hagiographica" in 2004 at the Bickford Theatre in Morristown, with earlier stagings in Paterson, Asbury Park, and NYC.
Claremont Strings and Ensembles featuring cellist Vivian Penham will play an hour long program in 2 parts as part of the Benefit reception in May. Ms. Penham is a graduate of the Julliard School and Columbia University and a Goethe Institute scholarship recipient. She has played with the New England Symphonic Ensemble, Scandia Symphony, Mantovani Orchestra, Southwest Florida Symphony, and the American Symphony.
This will be an encore performance by Ms. Penham with Daniel P Quinn, after playing in AFTER THE BALL as solo cellist at the Bickford Theatre, Morristown, NJ in 2007. Claremont Strings & Ensemble will be a distinguished part of our 2009 New York Spring Arts season. The fabulous cuisine of Biricchino's Salumeria Biellesse will be an encore setting as well since our well received Benefit there in 2008.
