The $1,500 college scholarship was given away to Judy Cain of Fresno, CA in the first of what will become a quarterly college scholarship giveaway.

Judy Cain from Fresno, CA is the recipient of the $1,500 college scholarship, which was created to help students pursue their educational goals and offset the high cost of secondary education.
