Web Sessions Will Highlight Leading Edge Safety Management Techniques
San Carlos, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) March 17, 2009 -– Beginning in June 2009, DBO2 will present four webinars on safety management in conjunction with the ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers). Session topics will focus on the prevention of worksite loss through the use of leading safety indicators such as worksite observations and leadership engagement. “Step-Change Leadership: Moving Safety Leadership from Good to Great” will provide strategies and tools for gaining leadership support and engagement—a critical cultural element for sustained safety improvement. One session on predictive analytics will unveil new research that considers the impact of number of inspectors and the quality of inspections in diagnosing jobsite risk. Another session will examine how an integrated view of safety, productivity and quality can drive continuous improvement and profit.
Instructors include members of DBO2’s implementation and executive team, who have helped customers implement best practices through an assessment and goal measurement process designed to maximize safety improvement and widespread organizational engagement.
