AirGenerate CEO Named to Houston Business Journal's 40 Under 40
CEO of AirGenerate, Rick Pal, has been named as one of Houston's "40 under 40". The annual list created by Houston Business Journal identifies young leaders based on business accomplishments, experience, leadership skills and community involvement.
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) April 10, 2009 -- The Houston Business Journal recently announced that Rick Pal, co-founder and CEO of AirGenerate, has been named to the publication's inaugural "40 under 40" list. The premier awards program is part of the its annual Celebrate!Enterprise program of business events and identifies 40 young leaders who excel in their industries, are respected business leaders and show dynamic leadership in their community. Rick and fellow honorees will be recognized on May 21, 2009 at a ceremony at Warehouse Live in downtown Houston.

Pal is an award-winning serial entrepreneur. Currently he serves as CEO of AirGenerate, a company that has pioneered the development, production, and marketing of patented energy saving devices for water heating. He is a board member of Texas Union Advisory Council (U.T. Austin), Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, Indo-American Forum, and Asians Against Domestic Abuse. He is the founder of Ek Disha and has created, 'Pal - Make a Difference" endowment at his alma mater, The University of Texas at Austin, to award an annual scholarship to students making a difference in their community. His recent accolades include Asian Chamber's Outstanding Entrepreneur, MLK Foundation's "Keeping the Dream Alive", and AABDC's Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award. He was also a delegate to Asia 21 Young Leaders Summit in Tokyo last year and frequently speaks on the topic of entrepreneurship.
