When It Comes to Video Production, Jumpsuit Is One Tight Outfit

Video done differently: Industry veterans stuff production expertise from concept to completion for any audience into a single outfit called Jumpsuit.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) May 7, 2009 -- Elvis. Van Halen. Bruce Lee. Super Dave. These bad boys had one thing in common: they all wore cool jumpsuits. Jumpsuits can be professional or outrageous, but they're always highly customized and often iconic. That's precisely the sort of range and impact industry veterans Jim Webb, Adam Schwartz and Marc Faletti aim to achieve with their work as Jumpsuit, a new video production company featuring concept-to-completion experts with a track record of success.

"It's about crafting a unique look," says senior partner Jim Webb. "That's what the jumpsuit did for people like David Bowie, and that's what we do for our clients. There's nothing mix-and-match here, only custom-fit video." Webb, deemed "The Future of Film" by Vanity Fair in 2005 and acclaimed for his work by HBO and Panasonic, nods toward his RED ONE and Sony cameras. "We use only the best gear to make it, too."

"All the jumpsuit analogies kind of weird me out," laughs cinematographer Adam Schwartz, who's crewed hundred of commercials and the NBC-DirectTV series "Friday Night Lights." "But we're definitely a tight operation. We know each other, sometimes to the point of mind-reading, and our in-house team really does cover every aspect of pre-production, production, and post. That level of familiarity and continuity always makes a difference in the final product."

"We can tailor our work to the audiences of big corporations, small companies, state and federal agencies, you name it," says Jumpsuit writer/producer Marc Faletti. Having created and produced video series for clients like the United Nations Foundation and ON Networks, Faletti stresses the importance of making something that stands out. "We aren't afraid to be bold, believe me. You should see our business cards."

"People have asked if we wear jumpsuits of our own when we work," says Webb. "But there's no spandex for us.

"At least, not yet."

Jumpsuit is an end-to-end video production outfit based in the heart of Austin, TX. The company offers full pre-production, production, and post-production services and features the RED ONE 4K camera package. For more information, visit jumpsuit.tv or email Marc Faletti.
