The Next Big Story in Music is a 15 Year Old Triple Threat from Atlanta, GA

Lexi, singing pop sensation trails the legacy of Aguilera.

White Plains, NY (PRWEB) October 30, 2009 -- Every few decades the world of entertainment experiences a phenomenon. We have just stumbled upon a fifteen year old singer/songwriter who is trailing the legacies of Christina Aguilera, and Madonna. Alexa Ehrlich, publicly known as 'Lexi', is embarking on a journey to become the next singing sensation. Before the marketing machines, before the strategized publicity, Lexi's voice is leaving an indelible impression on industry insiders and her peers alike.

Alexa Ehrlich, born and raised in Coral Springs, Florida started her entertainment endeavors as a pre-pubescent in the theatrical arena. Her acting career began in 2000 after moving to Canton, Georgia at age six. Through the support of her parents, she auditioned and landed a role for the play "A Christmas Carol" at the Alliance Theater in Atlanta which was produced by Kenny Leon and directed by David Bell. She followed that up with an audition for Theater of the Stars (Fox Theater) and made it. From thereon she debuted in many national tours from 2001 through 2004. Her plays have included Annie (3 year run), The Sound of Music, The King and I, as well as Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat in 2004. From thereon she moved to 'Off Broadway' in New York City to star in Kathie Lee Gifford's "Under The Bridge" in 2005 directed by Eric Schaeffer.

Lexi's acting performances quickly shed light on her ability to sing. With endeavors to broaden her entertainment range she delved into songwriting and it was apparent to listeners that she had what it takes to be that next big story in music. Her voice has been likened to such vocalists as JoJo mixed with the playful personality of Cyndi Lauper. Her first single entitled "The beat goes" is a fun dance mix for the clubs which has already garnered the attention of Billboard reps.

Irrespective of the traditional methods to have her music reach the masses, she decided to allow people close to her to manage her career objectives. Incidentally, those people happen to already be industry tastemakers. Managed by Tye-v Turman and Tony Neal and publicized by the leading independent publicity firm in the United States, Just Not Famous Enough Publicity, she now has a global gateway to the fans. Her team has been fielding offers for performances overseas in clubs that she's not even old enough to enter. A bevy of acting scripts have come across management's desks for starring roles in sitcoms and she has even landed major record label offers with houses that most new coming artists would die for.

As the team takes their time to place her in the most positive light, Lexi continues to write powerful ballads and fun dance songs which keep her motivated. A national tour is planned in 2010 to showcase her act.
