Edison to Sublease 6,500 SF at One International Place

Edison Mission Marketing and Trading (EMMT) has placed 6,500 SF at Boston's signature One International Place on the sublease market through 2013. A portion of the 8th floor will be subleased with EMMT retaining their larger regional headquarters space in the building.

Boston, MA (PRWEB) November 2, 2009 -- Edison Mission Marketing and Trading (EMMT), the energy trading subsidiary of Edison International, has placed 6,500 SF of Class A office space on the sublease market at $29/RSF full service, plus electric, through spring of 2013. The space is newly built out and furnished, in one of Boston's signature office towers only blocks from South Station and Rowe's Wharf.

EMMT leased two floors at this signature building in 2007 and will retain their 9th floor headquarters. Valerie Pontiff of New England Property Advisors and Keith Coulter of McPherson are handling the sublease.
