Evergreen, CO (PRWEB) November 5, 2009 -- Indie musician Aldo Leopardi, one of Denver’s most exciting rockers, performs live at LoDo’s Casselman’s this month in the Big Show. Aldo and special guests the Michael Hornbuckle Band, and guitarist Dave Beegle take the stage Nov. 14 at 8pm to deliver energizing, guitar-driven blues and rock with a classic edge.

Aldo’s sound is energizing, engaging, relate-able and globally resonant. The pop-rock tack Reckless Dreams, from Aldo’s self-titled CD, received this U.K. music review:

“Very accomplished, and a night time driving track that would work played loud in your car. Great guitars in this, nothing too long or pretentious, they just do what they need to…” – Furtive Wrangler

Pursuing dreams…

An Aussie native, Leopardi carved out his music path alongside his career, refusing to let his rock dreams fade. Utilizing virtually all of his available time away from his practice, Aldo orchestrated the independent production of his rock CD. The release featured original songs that Aldo wrote and co-wrote such as Always Be, Everyone's Talking but Nothing's Been Said and Reckless Dreams. In addition to lead singing, he also played lead guitar, bass and keyboards. The tracks were recorded at Colorado Sound Recording Studio, Bartel Street Studio in Australia and Jag Studio in North Carolina. "My friends were sure it would never be completed," explains Dr. Leopardi. But he consistently pursued the dream.
