Jim Flinton Named CEO of T3i Group LLC

As CEO, Jim Flinton will be responsible for T3i Group's overall strategic planning and company vision, operational and financial leadership, and international sales/marketing direction and forecasting.

Parsippany, NJ (PRWEB) November 5, 2009 -– Telecommunications market-research, information and database firm T3i Group LLC today announced the appointment of long-time industry executive Jim Flinton as Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Mr. Flinton will be responsible for overall strategic planning and company vision, operational and financial leadership, and international sales/marketing direction and forecasting.

Mr. Flinton joins the company with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President/Customer Care at Avaya, where he created and monitored integrated global operations for order-to-cash processes aimed at driving cost reductions and improving working capital. During his nine years at Avaya, Mr. Flinton also was a vice president in its following divisions: Supply Chain Services, M&A Integration, Global Process Integration and IT, and IT Applications.

Prior to his career at Avaya, Mr. Flinton held various telecommunications executive positions at Lucent Technologies, AT&T and the New York Telephone Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law/Communications from Syracuse University, and he is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program, Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
