At the acting studio located at 1644 S. La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, acting coach Aaron Speiser also offers private coaching for those who want to accelerate the learning process for both the craft and the business of acting. Aaron works with many A-list actors, producers and directors on-set and off in preparing actors for television and movie roles. He has been Will Smith's acting coach for the last six years, and his client list also includes, but is not limited to, Jennifer Lopez, Virginia Madsen, Ashley Johnson, LL Cool J, The Rock, Shannyn Sossamon, and Mandy Moore. He has also worked closely with producers-directors Oliver Stone, Michael Mann, David Rotman, and many more.

Aaron says about the police tactics acting class, "The goal is for students to learn from an expert the true behavior and convincing skills needed for the television and film law enforcement roles. I've had students land police officer roles after completing this class. In fact, students have been trained so well that they have even corrected stunt coordinators and directors on set on how to properly handle a weapon."

According to Tui Ho Chee, a student at the Aaron Speiser Acting Studio, "The Police Tactics class has helped to give me the knowledge and confidence in auditions and on set." A fun and comprehensive class, this is a very popular course at the acting studio. Lew Callihan brings a level of expertise and real-life experience as a former secret service agent and police officer that gives students the confidence and necessary skills to take on law enforcement roles.

The class on police tactics is not the only unique class offered by the acting coaches at the Aaron Speiser Acting Studio though. There are also classes on "Voice", "Dialects & Accents" starting January 15th, "Acting for Teens" starting January 10, and "Cold Reading on Camera" beginning January 8. The latter class teaches students how to audition for film and television roles, and is set up like a real audition. The actor is given actual audition sides 24 hours in advance. When their turn to audition comes up, they leave the room. Then they are called to "audition" just as they would in a real situation. This is a fantastic way to learn and practice the real audition process.

Actors looking to fine tune their skills are encouraged to audit an acting class for free. Students are not required to audition to join the studio, but are required to attend a mandatory two-hour orientation session to begin classes. New students must join for a minimum of three months; however, they are encouraged to make a six-month to a year commitment to really get the most out of the classes and training.

"We understand that times may be financially tough right now, so we're offering a special discount of $1,500 to join the studio for the entire year," says acting coach Aaron. Gift certificates for the holidays and year-round are available as well.

As a member of the Aaron Speiser Studio, students can also take advantage of the free seminars throughout the new year, including the "Business of Acting." This is a great seminar for those who are trying to book roles, having trouble booking roles, or thinking of booking roles. The next seminar will take place on December 13. Non-members can attend for a $20 fee as well.
