The "Getting Started" course is primarily designed for new users that are responsible for the installation, configuration or maintenance of GroundWork Monitor. The attendee should be familiar with networking concepts such as IP addressing, routing and L2 switching. Each session is a live online instructor-lead class where participants will have the opportunity to learn more about:
