NASA Patented, Hydration Concentrate - The Right Stuff™, Adopted by Champion Ironman Triathlete

NASA-developed hydration concentrate - The Right Stuff™ has been adopted by world-record-holding Ironman 70.3 world champion Joanna Zeiger, to combat dizziness and fatigue. Joanna won the 2009 Longhorn Ironman 70.3 in Austin, Texas using The Right Stuff.

"In past races I would start to feel bad on the bike... but I was carrying The Right Stuff™, and I was able to get through those feelings. I call it liquid gold." "I'm feeling a lot more confident.

Boulder CO (PRWEB) November 4, 2009 -- Joanna Zeiger, world-record-holding Ironman 70.3 world champion battled dizziness in all of her 70.3 races this year and was hospitalized in August after passing out during a race. Joanna searched for a solution and came across the NASA developed hydration concentrate - The Right Stuff™. She reached out to the makers of The Right Stuff -- Serious Hydration for Serious Athletes -- to test the product. "Earlier this year, I was experiencing dizziness on the bike and run.    I tested this product on multi-hour rides and runs of up to one and a half hours, and The Right Stuff helped really prevent those issues. Plus it's convenient to use and tastes good." reports Zeiger.

What is The Right Stuff™?
NASA developed, qualified and patented the unique formula that combats dehydration even in the most extreme and challenging circumstances - space - then licensed the technology to Wellness Brands, Inc. In addition to testing by astronauts, the formula was extensively tested among athletes and was shown to provide significantly greater athletic endurance than any other formula tested. Many sports drinks contain quantities of carbohydrates that may impede the body's ability to absorb and utilize electrolytes. The Right Stuff™ contains a patented blend of electrolytes with no carbohydrates. Delivered in small, recyclable, plastic vials, The Right Stuff™ is a liquid concentrate drink additive that can be used before, during and after working out.

Joanna described the Austin 70.3 race: "In past races I would start to feel bad on the bike and dizziness would set in. But, in Austin, I was able to get through the whole bike leg feeling very good with no symptoms. When I started running, I was feeling a little on the edge at the start, but I was carrying The Right Stuff™, and I was able to get through those feelings. I call it liquid gold. I'm feeling a lot more confident. If I feel dizziness coming on, I have a really good game plan now."

Joanna finished more than two minutes ahead of her nearest competitor, and nearly five minutes faster than last year's winner.

Wellness Brands is proud to announce that, based on these experiences and her belief in the product, Joanna Zeiger has taken on The Right Stuff™ as one of her sponsors.

The Right Stuff™ is different from other sports drinks in several key ways:
1) Science - NASA-scientist-developed, astronaut- and athlete-proven, superior effectiveness;
2) Formula - Patented zero carbohydrate, electrolyte blend
3) Form - Liquid concentrate in single-serve, recyclable plastic vials, for great convenience and the fastest possible dissolution.

The Right Stuff is currently sold via the Internet and through select specialty sporting goods retailers. For more information about The Right Stuff visit:
