Multi-Jurisdictional Survey is the Third in a Four-Part Real Estate Survey Series

This survey is the third in a four-part Real Estate Survey Series compiled by members of the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group.
The Real Estate Survey III - Issues Relating to Finance covers some of the most important issues relative to the financing of real estate projects, including the method for creating a security interest or lien on real property, interest rate limitations, licensing requirements for lenders and foreclosure procedures.
