Lex Mundi Publishes New Real Estate Survey: 'Issues Relating to Finance'

Multi-Jurisdictional Survey is the Third in a Four-Part Real Estate Survey Series

Houston (Vocus/PRWEB ) December 10, 2008 -- Lex Mundi has recently published a new multi-jurisdictional survey entitled Real Estate Survey III - Issues Relating to Finance. This survey is the third in a four-part Real Estate Survey Series compiled by members of the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group.

The Real Estate Survey III - Issues Relating to Finance covers some of the most important issues relative to the financing of real estate projects, including the method for creating a security interest or lien on real property, interest rate limitations, licensing requirements for lenders and foreclosure procedures. More than forty-five jurisdictions are covered. The survey can be downloaded free of charge in its entirety or by jurisdiction at http://www.lexmundi.com/lexmundi/Real_Estate_Survey_III.asp.

Parts one and two of the Real Estate Survey Series, Issues Relating to Foreign Investment and Issues in Ownership of Real Property, are also available on the Lex Mundi web site to download free of charge. The Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group is now working to compile the final survey in the series, Issues Relating to Commercial Leasing.
