Conference attendees will include a number of knowledgeable IT professionals and thought leaders throughout the healthcare sector, including providers, vendors, payers and public health organizations.
Shaver will be a panelist in the discussion titled "Which SOA Services are needed to Accelerate Healthcare Integration." Moderated by Ron Schmelzer, Managing Partner at ZapThink, the panel discussion will focus on real world experiences in healthcare integration now and in the future.

Dave Shaver has been involved with healthcare integration since 1993, has built thousands of HL7 interfaces, and has worked with hundreds of vendors, hospitals, clinics, and labs. He is a prominent member within the HL7 organization and serves on several HL7 special interest groups, including current Co-Chair of the Infrastructure and Messaging (InM) Committee. Shaver has more than 25 years experience in software architecture, development, training, and consulting.
