Certpreponline.com, New From Pearson, Assesses Knowledge and Prepares
Customers for Certification Exams
Customized to the Customer, Launch Focuses on CompTIA A+ Exams
INDIANAPOLIS (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) December 2, 2008 --
Pearson announced today the launch of Cert
Prep Online, an easy-to-use exam preparation web-based service that
both assesses a customer’s current knowledge base and prepares them for
the certification exam. The service, which includes a comprehensive
database of more than 800 exam questions, measures the customer’s
knowledge, provides feedback on areas that require further study,
delivers learning materials, and then provides seven exam practice
tests. The service is available within Pearson’s website, InformIT,
at www.certpreponline.com.
Cert Prep Online debuts with CompTIA A+, covering the four popular
CompTIA A+ Exams. The service starts by testing users on their knowledge
of each exam topic. Customers are then provided with a customized
learning plan, complete with visual training products created
exclusively for the service, as well as PDFs from CompTIA
A+ Exam Prep, a popular A+ preparation book by Charles J.
Brooks. Cert Prep Online then re-tests the users on their knowledge and
provides seven practice exams to measure testing readiness and build
user confidence.
“This new service will change the way people are able to prepare for a
certification,” said Tim Warner, Product Editor for Cert Prep Online.
“Its uniqueness comes from exam study plans that are dynamically built
upon that person’s existing knowledge base, and their own individual
strengths and weaknesses with the subject matter. This personalized
study plan saves time and allows the customer to concentrate on exactly
what topic areas they need to learn in order to pass their exam.”
At www.certpreponline.com,
both a demo of the product, as well as a free trial of the product is
available.
