Dual Surface Cleaners With Recovery
The Hot And Mighty™ WR2 was specifically designed with the mobile pressure washing professional in mind. This skid mount unit can be mounted on a trailer or installed in the back of a box truck for water recovery and recycling at the job site. At the heart of the WR2 System is an impressive 450 CFM vacuum running at 80% capacity. It is designed to simultaneously recover from two adjustable height recovery surface cleaners or recovery accessories claiming a commanding 95% or greater water reclamation rate.
The reclaimed water then begins the automatic water recycling process by filtering through a 2-step debris interceptor. This begins sorting out large debris, dirt and sand from the water. The interceptor drums feature auto pump out and auto shut down capacities which means the wash water continuously moves through the systems with no head-aches. The system then moves the water through an all aluminum Hot And Mighty™ Oil Harvester, which removes oils and suspended solids from the wash water. The water is then polished through a series of filters that clean the recovered wash water to 20 microns. The filtered water can then be reused in your pressure washer or transferred to an on-site sanitary sewer.
The WR2 System is fully customizable and can be connected to any existing pressure washer set-up or new Hot And Mighty™ Mobile Cleaning System. Hot And Mighty™ will further design their system to to meet specific regulations and job specifications. All WR2 units can be skid mounted for easy installation on your vehicle or trailer. The WR2 was created utilizing heavy-duty industrial components to meet the rigid demands of everyday pressure cleaning professionals.
