Flewell joined BioSoteria in January 2008 with more than fifteen years of medical communications and health care training experience. She developed multimedia training for the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries for more than a decade, during which she directed, wrote, edited, and instructionally designed print-based training, eLearning, live and online synchronous workshops, and audio/video-based training. She also spent several years covering international medical conferences as a continuing education medical writer.
At BioSoteria, Flewell is responsible for driving the development of the company's online pharmacovigilance curriculum, known as eLadder™ Safety.
