A lifelong artist with thirty years experience in commissioned portraiture, she can capture a person or pet's likeness by working from a photograph - no sitting required. Ms. Harper is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Clark County Artist Guild and a vendor of commissioned pet portraiture to American Kennel Club (AKC) dog shows.
