Huntington Beach gets Rockin'

Popular southern California restaurant concept set to open.

Huntington Beach, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 31, 2009 -- The ocean paradise of Rockin' Baja Coastal Cantina has officially arrived in Huntington Beach. Famous for its Baja Buckets, fresh seafood and ice-cold margaritas, Rockin' Baja invites guests to escape a while, Rockin' Baja style. Officially opening Wednesday, November 11th in Huntington Beach at the Bella Terra Mall, the growing Baja-inspired restaurant and bar celebrates its seventh location in California.

Rockin's delicious menu is inspired completely by Baja cuisine. Each dish is an original creation made especially for the restaurant Selections range from calamari, lobster, soups, shrimp, burgers and salads, to sandwiches, tacos, fajitas and, of course, the restaurant's signature Baja Buckets. Baja Buckets come in eight different varieties, including the Original Big Baja Bucket, full of carne asada, grilled chicken, Baja shrimp, and slipper lobster tails.

Rockin' Baja founder and California native Rick DiRienzo always envisioned Rockin' Baja to be a place where you walk inside and feel like you have arrived in a beachside eatery along Mexico's Baja Coast - here today…gone to Cabo!

To accomplish this vibe, Rockin' Baja's interior is designed with a surf-shack theme, achieved by infusing the space with "beach-inspired" décor, including funky artwork, rustic signage, surfboards, brightly colored walls and hand-painted murals. Fans all over California love the atmosphere and continually come back for more!

Make sure you come hungry - every Rockin' Baja platter is served with all-you-can-eat tortillas, rice and beans, just like in Baja, Mexico. To complete the Baja-style experience, Rockin' Baja offers an overflowing custom drink menu, including handcrafted margaritas, specialty rum drinks and teeth-chillin' beer.

With the addition of Rockin' Baja to the dining scene, residents now have a new happening happy hour hot spot. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday in the bar from 3 to 6 p.m. and nightly from 9 p.m. to close.

Are you ready to get rockin'? Join the party! Rockin' Baja Huntington Beach is located in the Bella Terra Mall at 7811 Edinger Ave., Suite 100. For more information about Rockin' Baja Coastal Cantina, please visit www.rockinbaja.com.
